Please make sure what you are adding IS to do with the contest before you add it to this folder or it will only be declined.
If you are suggesting someone elses art please suggest it to the "Art you Suggested" folder. If you are trying to add your own art which isnt to do with a group contest then the folder you are looking for is the "Members Art" folder.
