Now that wasnt so bad now was it hehe. Only lasted a little while, and we are now ready to rock and roll. Well as soon as I have submitted this blog Ill edit it so you all can add your art once again.
I will now explain who is who now, and once again, I will explain what each folder is for.
BWC Queen`
Tepara - The founder of the group, can do anything and everything in the group.
BWC Princesses*
Sherazon and ~
SorrowScavenger - These two may not be female but they have been nicknamed my princesses
They will be able to vote sent into the "Members Art" folder, as well as vote on art sent into the "Art You Suggested" folder.
They will also be in charge of keeping an eye on the other admin in the group when Im not around. If you have any questions you can ask myself, or if you like you can also direct any questions about the group to either of these two.
There are also a few other things these two can do too, but they dont affect the members
I may add one or two more to this category in time. But for now, these two are the Princesses.
BWC StalkersAs you should know by now, this group of people work together as a team to shift though all the 100's of art sent in every day. I kind you not, there is a heck of a lot of art sent in every day. It keeps them all on their toes.
They also leave comments for those who ask to know why something has been declined. Something that is often not an easy task to do as a LOT of people do not like their art not being accepted. As BWC ONLY accepts the best art it can often be very hard and a lengthy job shifting though the art. These guys really do need probs for all the crap that the members put them though. Its a little sad to see how some of you guys as members treat these guys.
So guys, please remember they are all only human like everyone else. They are only doing what has been asked of them. And like it or not, this group is ONLY for the best art. Most of the art isnt accepted, BWC is for show casing the very best, its not for show casing just any B&W art, only the best. Please remember that next time that you think its ok to start attacking the admin for doing their jobs.
Biggest B&W Fans These guys are a group of people who have been selected for being some of the great B&W artist on dA. That how ever doesnt mean because they are in this group their art will auto be accepted, they also get their art voted on like the members do.
Biggest B&W Fans can also vote on art sent into the favs folder, and they dont need as many votes for their art to be accepted. This can go both ways though, as it also means it takes less votes for it to be declined too.
MembersThis is everyone else who is a part of BWC
Members can send their art into the "Members Art" Folder, and they can also suggest OTHER peoples art into the "Art You Suggested" folder. They can not vote on any art though.
Other things you need to knowI went into this a little bit under the BWC Stalkers part in here, but I will now go into it a little bit more.
Some of you have really been down right rude to the Admin in here
This really does sadden me. The admin in this group put a lot of time into trying to make it as good as it is. They have rules they have to follow.
They DO NOT vote on ANY art based on personal likes or dislikes.
Art is voted on based only on if its up to the groups standard or not.
Art also need 4 votes to be accepted, or 4 votes to be declined. It is NOT just based on one person accepting or declining it.
Only one admin replies to a member when asking why their art wasnt accepted. This admin is one of the admin who declined it. They will say in their own words why they declined it, they will also try their best to give you a little advise on how you can improve.
Admin are NOT giving you a crit, their are not here for that, they are ONLY giving you a short comment explaining by they declined it. Reasons for declining are always different depending on the art its self, and depending on the admin who leaves the comment.
Dont think you are too goodIts amazing how many people think so highly of themselves. Now dont get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with thinking highly of yourself. But there is a line. One that so many of you cross all the time. Remember, no matter how good you think you are, there is ALWAYS someone better then you

Here are a few things for you to think about before attacking the admin in here
Page ViewsJust because you have a lot of page views it doesnt mean you are a great artist. Or that your art will be accepted. Pageviews only means people like to drop by your profile. Nothing more, nothing less.
Watcheshow many people watch you, does not mean you are a great artist, some of the best artist on dA have only a small handful of watches. A watcher can be anyone from a friend you know in person, a family member, a work mate, or even someone who just decided to watch you because they like your Icon. Or maybe they just randomly decided to add you to their watch.
How many people watch you, by no means reflects on how good your art is.
Comments A number of comments only means people have left a comment on your art. "great shot" "nice one" these are often the kind of comments that make up for all the comments. A lot of comments doesnt make you the greatest artist. All it means is people left a comment, nothing more or nothing less.
FavsA fav can be given for many different reasons, its often a network thing, often give because of friendship, not because of how great the art is. A fav is only a number, in no way does it mean your art is wonderful.
So just because you have a lot of page views, or a lot of comments on the art you send in, or a lot of favs on the art you send it. It does not mean it will be accepted, and sorry to tell you, it also doesnt mean its "all that" It only means some people faved it, and some people commented. Thats ALL it means.
So please dont get all high and mighty thinking you are the best, then get all bitchy and catty at myself and my admin when it is not accepted.
Members ArtIf you are a member, this is the folder you are to send your art into. NO other folder, ONLY the "Members Art" folder.
Art you SuggestedThis folder is ONLY for suggesting OTHER peoples art to. Please DONT suggest your own art to this folder, it will only be declined.
When you are browsing though someones gallery, or just browsing though all the art on dA, and you come across something that just knocks your socks off, send it into this folder
